Welcome to AGK Creations! We're delighted to offer you our digital products for your personal enjoyment. Please review the following terms of use carefully before downloading or using any of our products.

Scope of Use:

• Our digital products are provided solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the files to create digital or printed scrapbook layouts, cards, invitations, and other personal projects.
• Any digital personal projects made with our digital products must be flattened prior to sharing with family, friends, or on social media so they cannot be edited or extracted.

Restrictions:

• You may not redistribute, sell, share, or transfer any of the digital files or elements from our collections, whether in their original form or modified.
• You may not use our digital products for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to creating items for sale, offering services, or using them in promotional materials.
• You may not use the contents of our digital products to create obscene, defamatory, immoral works, or for any purpose which is prohibited by law. 

Copyright and Ownership:

• Unless otherwise noted, all digital files, graphics, elements, images, and photos included in our collections are the property of AGK Creations and are protected by copyright law. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights to the digital products by downloading or using them. 

Modification and Derivative Works:

• You may modify the digital files and elements to suit your personal projects. However, you may not claim ownership of the modified files or create derivative works for commercial purposes. 

Attribution:

• While it is not required, we would appreciate it if you credited AGK Creations and share our website agkcreations.com when sharing your projects you’ve created using our digital products. 

Third-Party Resources:

• Our digital products may include fonts, graphics, or other resources obtained from third-party sources. Please review and comply with the terms of use provided by these sources. 

Disclaimer:

• No physical product will be sent. All digital products purchased from AGK Creations are instant downloads. You will receive a .pdf with the download link and instructions once payment is received and the purchase is complete.
• Our digital products are provided in both JPG and PNG file formats and will require compatible software or devices for proper use (Affinity Photo, Canva, Photoshop, GIMP, Inkscape, etc.). It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary tools and resources to open, edit, and utilize the files effectively.
• The previews displayed on the website are in low resolution to avoid image theft. The final product delivered will be a high-quality resolution with no watermark.
• Actual colors of product may vary since every computer monitor/device has a different capability of displaying colors.
• If you choose to print any of our products, the colors may differ slightly depending on the printer's calibration. 

Indemnification Clause:

• By using any AGK Creations products the customer accepts and shall indemnify and hold harmless AGK Creations and the owner from and against any lawsuits that might arise from any business activities, which in any way or form relate to products carrying the graphic designs and products sold by AGK Creations and the owner. 

Changes to Terms:

• AGK Creations reserves the right to modify or update these terms of use at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our digital products after any such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
